Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hungary: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs, and destination country.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
QSTYLE® is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
QSTYLE® is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need help, contact us at info@qstyle.eu.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. QSTYLE® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
